Staff

“We are not human beings on a spiritual journey but rather spiritual beings on a human journey.”

One need not be around King’s Domain long before becoming acquainted with this quote. We believe our staff team is our greatest asset. We believe that each have been sovereignly called of God for such a time as this. We come from different backgrounds and diverse life experiences. We possess different gifts and abilities. We come with unique burdens. But each in our own way, is committed to investing our life in introducing others to the Savior who died to alter our destiny.

Lou Schnorr

Lou Schnorr
Strategic Special Projects

Drawing upon a diverse life experience which includes 6 years of service with the United States Coast Guard, more than 20 years ministering with Campus Crusade for Christ International, and 16 years owning and running a family business, Lou serves quietly behind-the-scenes using that experience to discern obstacles and meet needs. Whether helping an individual get “unstuck” with his insightful counsel or identifying key organizational hurdles, Lou strives to empower people and solve problems that block mission effectiveness.

After spending three summers during her college years at SpringHill Camps in Indiana, Leeann recognized God’s call and fell in love with camp ministry. Upon graduation from Cedarville University, she served as Assistant Camp Director at King’s Domain for one year and spent the past four years as Camp Director. Currently, Leeann is (ever so slowly) pursuing a Master’s degree in Chemical Dependency Rehabilitation Counseling.

Leeann said “I do” to her husband Marty in March 2011 and hasn’t stopped thanking God for their life together ever since!

 Micah Steele, Recreation Director

Micah Steele
Experiential Learning Coordinator

A modern-day renaissance man, Micah does just about everything. His official job title as “experiential learning coordinator” describes a key component of his job description — facilitating experiential learning by designing activities that teach life lessons about things like relationships, communication, problem-solving. However, he also repairs vehicles, leads worship, disciples students and so much more.

Micah is married to Missy. They have four children — Josiah, Emma, Lydia and Levi. Students who come on KDSP often find themselves seriously attached to his family by the end of the summer.
