The L.I.F.E.-Leader Institute is a very practical nine-month personal development experience for the recent college graduate or young adult. Our objective is to train and equip each graduate for a lifetime of ministry and service wherever life will take them.
Though some will enter vocational ministry, most will not. It is our belief that the greatest mission field is in the society at large because that is where God sends the majority of His Body to toil. Since that is true, our calling is to equip emerging leaders in the fields of business, education, government, media, entertainment, and the arts. We labor to this end so that we might reclaim the culture and establish God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
In Matthew 13, Jesus tells the parable of the buried treasure and vividly paints the picture of the joy of discovering hidden treasure and exchanging all lesser treasures in order to posses that which is best.
As one encounters and experiences the Risen Christ and the Gospel of Grace, the logical response is to surrender every aspect of one’s life under the Lordship of Christ. As Jesus taught His followers, it is only in losing our lives do we truly find life in the pursuit and service of our Lord.
Over the duration of the nine month institute for emerging leaders, students will be challenged in how to invest their Labor, Influence, Finances, and Expertise (L.I.F.E.) in the pursuit of building Christ’s Kingdom. They will learn in the classroom, work alongside Godly mentors in their professional niche, serve in the local church and community, and have an interenational ministry experience.
We believe that in exchanging our personal goals, dreams and aspirations in the radical pusuit of Christ that true joy and significance will be found. It is here that we believe Christ will do a work to you as He continues to do a work through you as you invest your time, talent, and treasure in building His Kingdom.
As you consider the next chapter of your life, why not consider the L.I.F.E.-Leader Institute at King’s Domain?
