Summary
Assisting camp leadership in the areas of registration, schedules, reports, organization of files and merchandise sales
Primary duties
- Be an example of Christ in word and deed and when no one is looking
- Head up camper registration on opening days
- Create, print and distribute weekly schedules and reports
- Work with nursing staff to create camper reports and distribute these appropriately
- Create and maintain filing of reports and registrations
- Cooperate with Media Team to head up merchandise sales on opening and closing days
- Work with full-time office staff in reporting any financial giving or sales
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience working in an administrative position
- Two references for this specific job category
Abilities required
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
