Summary
Facilitating low team challenge, obstacle course, adventure hikes and team building experiences for campers, Momentum students, and Accelerate students (May include facilitating campers and staff on rafting trips and facilitating paintball)
Primary duties
- Being an example of Christ in word and deed and when no one is looking
- Teaching curriculum during the scheduled experiences
- Ensuring camper and staff safety during these experiences
- Debriefing every experience to relate to the theme of camp
- Setting up, cleaning up and putting away all materials involved with the experiences
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience facilitating two or more of the above listed activities
- Two references for this specific job category
Abilities required
- Lifting 40 pounds regularly
- Lifeguard certification highly recommended
